“All knowledge is gained by communication either with the dead, through books,
or, more pleasingly, through the conversation of the living.”
—Sir Walter Scott

What is an ISI Group?

In the classroom, politically correct texts and multicultural studies are replacing the great books and perennial questions of Western civilization.  Widespread apathy infects students.  On campuses nationwide, ISI groups are reversing this trend by cultivating authentic discussions about much neglected topics such as liberty, free markets, limited government, and the American founding.

ISI groups foster unique opportunities for thoughtful and motivated students—excellent books, amazing events, a fuller college experience, and a forum for the discussion of ideas that uphold a free society. Groups receive the following benefits:

  • Free ISI Books and publications
  • Networking with students and faculty with shared principles
  • Priority for ISI-sponsored lectures and seminars
  • Grants for planning and executing campus events
  • Leadership opportunities

Starting a group is simple. Join the network of ISI groups now.
